Throughout her studies, Caroline worked in accounting for construction companies. Daughter of entrepreneur, and with her precise background, she has considerable experience in the construction industry. Today, Caroline oversees administration and accounting, as well as administrative staff. She brings a breath of fresh air to the company with a technological shift in financial management, reducing paper consumption, and restructuring administrative positions, enhancing productivity.
