Gaëtan Beaudoin joined Alain Gervais as co-owner of CAMA Industries in 2006. Their complicity, their experience and their common goal have made the company grow significantly.
Gaëtan acquired much of his experience in the construction industry as co-founder and co-owner of Entreprises Beaudoin, which was established in 1989.
As co-owner of CAMA Industries, his main tasks consist of managing operations, which is one of his great strengths. Since his beginnings, Gaëtan has managed a multitude of remarkable projects at various budget levels. As such, he ensures all stages of the process, from bid closing to contract negotiation to handling budgets and managing projects.
Gaëtan's success is distinguished by his balance between project follow-up and company development through customer loyalty and satisfaction.
His involvement in the construction industry is considerable. In 2020, he chaired the Board of Directors of the Association des professionnels de la construction et de l'habitation du Québec (APCHQ.) In 2015, he chaired the Board of Directors, Outaouais. He was also a member of the Commission permanente de l'habitation de Gatineau (CPH) and participated in the development and updating of the 2017-2021 Housing Policy of the City of Gatineau.
