Health and Safety

Robert McMillan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is specialized in occupational health and safety. He holds a certificate in workplace health and safety, a certificate in industrial relations and human resources. He is also recognized by the CNESST as a Health and Safety Coordinator for construction sites. With more than 20 years of experience in the field, he joined CAMA Industries in November 2020.

Organized, dynamic, and an excellent communicator, he has increased skills in workplace health and safety in terms of prevention, problem solving and training of workers in the construction field, which brings a significant contribution to the initiation, mobilization and application of safety requirements and rules on construction sites.

During his career, he has worked in the management and supervision of several large-scale projects as a health and safety officer and preventionist.

There is no doubt that the arrival of Bob McMillan is a considerable asset for the company.
